1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
3/4 cups vinegar
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
garlic powder
8 skirt steaks or 2 lg flank steaks
2 tbsps lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Tobasco
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
SAUCE:
1 stick butter
1 lb mushrooms sliced
3 lg onions sliced
Marinate beef in oil, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, mustard, garlic, LPM, Tobasco and Worcestershire. Charcoal till done.
Saute in butter: mushrooms and onions. Add brown sugar and crystallize. Serve over beef.
